Spokane is more than just a real estate market to us—it’s our home, our neighborhood, and our community. Seeing the impact of the active wildfires across Spokane County and watching neighbors face evacuation orders is heartbreaking.

During times like this, staying safe, connected, and informed is what matters most. Whether you have been displaced, are monitoring evacuation levels, or simply want to know how to support those on the frontlines, we’ve put together a quick guide to key local resources.

🚨 Immediate Help & Shelters

  • Emergency Shelter: The American Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter at the Spokane Convention Center for residents displaced by the fires.

  • Red Cross Assistance: If you need help finding shelter or disaster relief services, visit the American Red Cross Disaster Relief portal or call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
